Group Session: In Connection
The In Connection group session is specially designed to bring participants closer to themselves and each other.
This session focuses on creating a shared experience where connection, balance, and inner peace are at the forefront.
Whether it's a group of friends, colleagues, or any other collective, the session is fully tailored to the desires and needs of the participants.
We begin with a calming breathing exercise and meditation to quiet the mind, followed by yoga movements that promote both physical strength and mental clarity. These movements are carefully chosen to enhance collaboration and connection within the group.
Together, we work on balance, relaxation, and renewed energy, while creating a safe space where everyone can be themselves. Each participant has the opportunity to connect with both themselves and the group, free from pressure or competition.
The session ends with a deep relaxation in Savasana, allowing the experiences of the session to integrate, followed by a moment of silence and reflection. Finally, there is space for a brief discussion, where thoughts and feelings can be shared.
Duration and investment depend on your specific needs and goals.
Group size: Up to a maximum of 20 people.
