Originally, yoga was taught one-on-one, from teacher to student. I honor this tradition in my 1:1 sessions. Each session creates a safe space where you can work on both your body and mind at your own pace. It’s not about perfect poses or performing complex movements. At Gaja Luna Yoga, it’s about finding your own flow, tailored to what you need at that moment.


Whether you’re seeking relaxation, more strength, or simply a moment of stillness, every class offers you the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself. I guide you gently through the poses, focusing on breath and inner calm, helping you grow not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.

Experience

Every session begins with a warm welcome. We take the time to check in over a cup of tea and discuss your specific needs at that moment. This moment of connection helps us tailor the session entirely to you.


We then start with a short meditation to calm your mind and prepare you for the yoga movements that follow. These movements are carefully selected and tailored to your unique situation, allowing you to develop both physically and mentally.


The session ends with Savasana, a moment of deep relaxation, followed by a brief reflection. Here, you can ask questions or share any insights.


This complete 90-minute experience gives you the space to be fully present and consciously work on your goals.
