I believe that every yoga journey is unique, just like you. That’s why I offer a personalized approach, tailoring each class to your individual needs and wishes. The goal is to create a safe space where you can grow, explore, and be yourself.
Each session begins with a warm welcome, where we check in together over a cup of tea and have an open conversation about your needs and wishes. This moment of connection allows us to tailor the session to what you need at that time.
After the check-in, we move into a short meditation to calm your mind and prepare you for the movements ahead. Next, we engage in unique exercises designed to suit your specific situation and goals.
We conclude the session with Savasana, a moment of deep relaxation, followed by a brief discussion where you can share any questions or thoughts. This complete experience lasts about 1.5 hours, offering you the space to be fully present in the moment.
